Every workout at the gym or morning run in the park is a real return to myself and my feelings 💘 In those moments, thoughts gradually clear, worries take a back seat, and confidence and inner peace appear 😇 My body responds with gratitude: my muscles feel a pleasant tiredness, my breathing becomes steadier, and my whole body feels light and energetic 🧘♂ Physical activity seems to charge me with new energy, helping me feel alive and in control of my state 🥰 What do you feel during workouts and how does it affect your mood and thoughts?
