I love starting my mornings with a little ritual that sets the tone for the whole day 🌞. First, I drink a big glass of water to wake up my body 💧. Then, I make a cup of coffee (because mornings without coffee? Not for me ☕). While sipping it, I like to sit by the window and spend a few minutes journaling or just reflecting in silence. This calm time helps me feel more focused and grounded before the chaos begins. Sometimes I’ll also stretch or do a quick workout to get my energy flowing 💪. These small habits make a big difference in how I feel all day long
