I love starting my mornings with a moment of peace π . A hot cup of coffee in my hands, the quiet sound of the world slowly waking up β itβs the best way to begin the day β. I usually take a few minutes to stretch or do some light yoga π§ββοΈ. Then, I write in my journal or read a few pages of a book to set a positive tone. The calm of the early hours helps me feel grounded and focused. Sometimes Iβll go for a short walk to get some fresh air and sunlight πΏ. Mornings like these make me feel ready to take on whatever comes my way πͺ.
