Ok, seeking some help from the community if your willing as tech support has yet to get back to us. We are getting an Aw,Snap! page error pop up when we try to upload a video. We have tried chrome and firefox browsers. typically we've used chrome with no issues. We've down the deleting of the caches, reboots etc. Anyone tech savvy with some ideas? We would like to upload this video for you guys asap. Thank you, Weird thing is we've uploaded a test photo with no issues and the video files we're attempting to upload are smaller then 3gb
