Monday’s are best when I’m lost in the presence and euphoric experience of touch from my soul partner

Sensual expression and play is meant to be all encompassing and if it isn’t, slow down and connect deeper into yourself and your partner
Co-regulation is a powerful tool to bring yourself home to the full presence, and delicious joy, of the moment. As soon as I occupy space with my partner, I melt into co-regulated breathing with him and can feel my body begin to come alive with tingles and firey sensations
