Another busy day off from work. 😄 I went to the gym this morning, and the workout was a long one. 10 Rounds of 100 m run, 5 dumbbell box facing burpee step-overs, and 1 rope climb. My deltoids are so sore from scrubbing kennels for hours, 4x a week, so surprisingly the rope climbs didn’t feel as tough as I thought they would.
Two of my previous coaches were back in town and they worked out at 9:30 with the rest of the class. They moved at the beginning of this year, but sadly they were back in town because one of them just lost their father to COVID-Delta. He was only 55-years-old. 😔
I had to go back to TJ Maxx to return an item, and I went to Yoga this evening. It’s been weeks since I was able to go, so I’m glad I was finally able to attend and stretch out my overworked muscles. And then I had to fill up Bartholemew at Costco and pick up a few items that Zeke had forgotten about (twice!)🤦🏻♀️.
And again, here it is almost 22:30 and I’m about to eat dinner. 🙈 It’s been another productive day, but again, not a relaxing one for me. 🤷🏻♀️😄
