There is a known DRM issue with OnlyFans that has caused some people to see a “black screen” when trying to view some content on a creator’s page who has DRM protection activated (which I do). This protects us against piracy.
Obviously, I am not tech support lol, so I cannot help you with that - but from what I have been told from other fans is that, it was a simple quick (chrome/safari browser update) issue that needed to be fixed, people have said support will tell you exactly what you need to do and get back to you ASAP and they were able to view things fine from there on out.
