What’s your favorite pump?
Mines the bicep and triceps pump, it feels like you’re giving your whole arm a hug, but to be fair, the back pump is a close second for the same reason.
This was the post accessory pump check from last weeks bench day, 508 3x2, felt really good, excited to see how I turn this offseason into a good meet day. How does it look? I hope to build the shoulders a bit more! They’ve always been my weakest part.
Should the pants have come off too? Maybe, maybe not, only time will tell if they will…. 🧐
