And it’s done! My long-awaited trip is over, and I’m officially back home. Gotta say, it left me super tired - not because I was doing a ton of stuff, but because it was packed with emotions, quality time, and about 14 hours of driving. I pretty much went straight to bed as soon as I got home today and ended up napping for around two hours before I finally woke up.. 😴
During that trip, I got to see my apartment for the first time, which was definitely a highlight. It made me feel super happy about my purchase, and it was awesome to finally see where my money is going! I also enjoyed spending quality time with my grandparents, mom, sister, dad, and even my aunt and uncle. I was always up to something! I even managed to eat at my favorite Indian restaurant, which was great because I miss it so much while living near the mountains 😋
I’ve finally been able to relax and catch up on some much-needed sleep after missing out over the past few weeks. I got my Reddit promotion all set up beforehand and managed to stay on top of almost everything while still enjoying the little moments like taking my granny to her childhood home, hitting the beach with my mom to watch kite surfers, or sipping cold beers with my auntie in the middle of their new house construction site 😳
This trip made me realize how much I miss my hometown. Living near the mountains has been fun, and the views are amazing, but it’s just not the same as the place I love most. After these few days, I’m more motivated than ever to work hard and get back home as soon as possible. I’m gonna do everything I can to make it happen, because I know that’s where I belong and where I’m happiest 😌
Time for a hot bath to unwind before bed! Tomorrow and the next few days are gonna be intense with all the catching up and filming I’ve got lined up. I’m more excited than ever for everything that’s coming! 😍
