Update from Midwife
I had a glucose test yesterday and the results werent where they wants them. It should have been around 140 but was at 160 so I have to go back on the 19th and take a 3-hour glucose test which entails drinking a nasty drink & then getting my 🩸 drawn every three hours 😢
I also have low iron so get to take iron supplements and I also have to avoid sugary drinks and be taking in 100oz-120oz of water daily! 😞
So now I am revamping my diet and hopefully that helps 💜
