I hate bridges, so I do a lot of them. My L5 and S1 are fused from a back surgery at 17, which gives me less flexibility through my lower back. I naturally want to lead this pose with my quads, instead of glutes and hamstrings. It's a conscious effort to work on improving this pose daily.
