Training Update:
After dealing with a hamstring issue for most of March, I've been slowly increasing my mileage, and am so happy to be running healthy again.
This was my mileage from last week (all runs were done at conversation pace, on a relatively flat surface):
Monday - 10
Tuesday -11
Wednesday - 7
Thursday - 13
Friday - 14
Saturday -15
Sunday - 17
