I created this neon candy hair yesterday! 🌈💘 We decided to go for extra summer vibes before it cools off! I lightened her new growth with a new oil based lightener and has amazing results! Also more gentle on the scalp. 😉 Happy Thursday bbys, almost the weekend! 😘
