I once read that "In nature nothing is perfect and everything is perfect", and it's still a quote I love to this day. When you can, take a moment, step outside and appreciate the beauty within nature. Ground yourself by taking a few nice deep breaths of fresh air, let it out and take in all that nature has to offer you.🌲🌊☀️
