Lately, I've been hallucinating in my sleep.
I'm not sure why this happens, but something will happen in the dream that will affect me outside of my dream and wake me up. One night I was dreaming about one of those stick cameras snaking its way into my room from the top of my door, and I literally jumped up, woke up, and swore I saw something on my door. It's been happening a lot with sounds. The sounds in my dream will wake me up in the middle of the night and I can't tell what my state of mind is. Sigh, I feel like a mess.
