Remember when I told you I had gained some weight over the winter?
Well, I did not own a scale then and I don't own one now but I think it's pretty safe to say I look fitter now so yay! 🤩
As said, I don't own a scale and don't diet but the summer has given me a great chance to eat better and exercise more, which is awesome!
Still trying to figure out the perfect packed lunch -type thing when I need one, any suggestions?
