I have +1 habit to add to my collection: starting the morning with a glass of warm water😜
It turns out that starting the morning with warm water is very good for the body. I didn't even think that such a small thing as water is so important🤭
It's even trivial that if I, for example, have breakfast with a glass of water, then the food will be digested better, since all the organs will be involved🙃
