Who doesn’t love bagels in the morning?

As your personal nutritionist, I recommend eating bagels in MODERATION because they are REALLY high in carbs, it’s like eating a whole loaf of bread! Especially if you are trying to cut or maintain your weight.

But they are so damn good, I like mine double toasted with a flavoured cream cheese 😉
