Lil live post from the floor of my new work room!! The last few days have been veeery hectic but I feel so happy already in my new house, I fell asleep to the sound of moreporks and woke up this morning to masked lapwings tweeting super loud outside my window instead of the honking of rush hour traffic :D I felt like Snow White waking up to bird song 😂 also yesterday I made my first Big Adult purchase and got a new fridge!! Somehow the decision was hard enough that it brought me to tears in Harvey Norman hahaha, I’ve gotten really into cooking and want a fridge that’s big enough to hold everything but I don’t need one big enough for a family of six lol so I found a happy medium and was surprised at how light it was when I moved it into my house! Either I’m really strong or I severely overestimated how much an empty fridges weighs lmao. I also stopped in at my apartment to grab some more stuff and saw they’ve put up MORE SCAFFOLDING right outside my balcony?! I’m so grateful I got tf out, can’t wait to show u the beautiful view outside and never shut up about how cool all the birds are around here. Does the house have rats? Yes. Did I see one at eye level inches away from my face after opening a cupboard yesterday? Also yes. Is that gonna stop me from feeling like I’m in paradise? NOT A CHANCE!!!!!!
Anyway just a lil update in case you’re wondering why I haven’t been replying much the last few days! I still have a lot to do (don’t have a couch, bed base, washing machine or desk yet still hahaha) but the main craziness is over so I’m gonna try get a bit more work into my work life balance :P if you feel like helping me out at all, any contribution to my furniture fund is greatly appreciated and words of encouragement are never unwanted hahaha but just sticking around is so very very very helpful and I am so grateful <3 thank u a billion!!!
