Finally!!! I moved to Portugal! 🌿
2 weeks before I grabbed my 20 kg bag and moved from Germany to Portugal.. all is new, so overwhelming and exciting. No I want to get used to it. I arrived here after two weeks of emotional breakouts and chaos. I think it needs even more time and it‘s okay like this. Taking everything the way it‘s coming. Breathing Mediation and yoga helps me through my days.
What helps you to calm down? To find back to yourself?
