Funny story: For the past 5 years, even though my waist is around 30-32 at any given time, I've been buying size 38 pants, to have extra room for my package.
Now it has gotten so large, from the steady growth, that I ordered a pair of 42 inch waist cargo pants today (In black, always black, for concealment), which I will have to tailor down at the waist. My waist is still around 30 inches.
