CBT PUNISHMENT [CBT High Heels Double Sub]
I like to keep my subs on a tight leash, and have gotten to the point where I felt like I could trust them to obey me without me watching like a hawk. Imagine my disappointment when I found out my subs had conspired to get out of their chastity cages! Obviously, I locked them right back up, but that was not enough. No, punishment is in store for them!
