Rainy 🌧 and overcast today... perfect for some “ME” time: learning some music 🎶 and cuddles with the pooch 🐶
I really prioritize scheduling in “ME” time everyday. For me this usually looks like at least 20min in a dry sauna listening to an audio book, meditating 🧘🏻♂️ , playing my hand pan, coloring (my neuroanatomy book 🤓), playing fetch 🎾, practicing Wim Hof breathing, singing and reading!
