Last year I had a slipped and fall accident at a grocery store and since then my knees have been a pain. I went through physical therapy and other process and nothing.

The other day I had a Rich Platelet Plasma Injection on my knee and since then I feel like the pain has gotten worse. Last night the pain was high. I put an ice bag, I sprayed IcyHot, I slept with a pillow under the knee, in between my knee and nothing.

Today I woke up took some pain relief and now I’m trying the tense to see if that helps bc later today I had a nail service I can’t cancel.

I’m tired at this point bc I dont know what else to do. The doctor still don’t recommend exercises bc of the ongoing lawsuit, maybe losing weight will help but yeah not yet until all of this situation gets resolved.
