I'm learning to be gentle with myself, not demanding 🤗 Sometimes I just want to say, "You did great, even if you didn't finish everything." We're often too hard on ourselves for no reason. But even flowers don’t bloom every day. The main thing is to go at your own pace and not compare yourself to others. Are you kind to yourself? 🌷
