There are days when I go to the gym not for a perfect body, but to remember how strong I am.😍 Not for other people's eyes, not for the numbers, but to hear my body say “thank you” for taking care of me. Sometimes I don't max myself out, I just move at my own pace. Because it's not always important to be yourself fast it's important to be in touch with yourself.😋After all, real strength is not in the weights on the barbell, but in not giving up, even when it's hard.
