Hey brothers, if I've been behind on messages the past few days, it's not personal! I overextended myself this week both physically (at the gym!) and mentally (not making enough time for me!). As a result, I took a mental health day yesterday and will be extending that into the weekend. I'll be sure to capture some highlights in video, but I won't be hovering around my messages as closely! For those of you who have requested custom content, I'm working my way through it, slowly and steadily.
