Some people have been wondering what I put in my 4000 calorie shakes so I made a video!
About a liter of full cream milk About 500ml of ice cream A cup or so mixed fruits (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries) A generous handful of spinach 3 tablespoons of yogurt 4 heaped tablespoons of milo About 50g worth of Nutella Fiber supplement (Very important to make sure the shakes don't upset the tummy!!) Vitamin supplement (So its healthy lol) 600ml of heavy cream
