In true Zoe fashion, I'm behind again, this time on my baking challenge 😅 This theme was Japanese, and I just now got around to making my matcha roll cake.
GUYS. I hate roll cakes. They are the biggest pain in my ass. They crack, they break, they shrink, they deflate, they leak filling. I've never correctly made one, but I DID it!
And also immediately learned I really don't like the taste of matcha 😂
