Todays Session for you all to try at home and a throwback when you could actually lie in the sun and show your body off. In you guessed it a pair of very tight budgy smugglers. I am never sure what the other guest think. 😂
Resistance - Full Body - Stand-alone exercises
1 Press-ups 10 reps 60 seconds rest x 3 sets
2 Bodyweight Squats 10 reps - 60 seconds rest X 3 sets
3 Walking Lunges 10 reps (5 each side) 60 seconds rest x 3 sets
