Bench Press 3x10
Banded Flies 3x10
Incline Press 3x10
Shoulder press 3x10
Front Raise 3x10
Upright Row 3x10
Lat raise 3x10
Then a hard fitness session on the rower
5x3 mins flat out. Only go again when your heart rate goes back down to 110bpm
